Kontakt Player will not load a library that it can see

I have "Amadeus Orchestra" on my drive H. Kontakt player is set to discover libraries on drive H. It sees the orchestra file on H, but will not load it. Help

    Do you get an error message? Can you post a screenshot of it? How did you install the library? If you check in Native Access, does the library showed as installed and at it's location? Do you have any other libraries installed on this drive and do they load normally?
