Kontakt 7 serial number not showing up!

Hello,

I have Kontakt 7 crossgrade bundle and while the serial number is registered on the NI website under my account, under my products and serials, when I open the app either in standalone or Cubase 12 Pro, I can't see the serial number.

Is this something you encountered?

Here is a picture of what I am seeing.

Can someone help me out?

Why is this a concern? If Kontakt is working that should be good. Yes?
