i cannot get prime bass to read the proper bass register in Sibelius ultimate. i have tried changing the tuning on instrument, changing the midi octave, changing the clef in Sibelius etc. for whatever reason the bass in kontakt player will not read below Low on treble clef or A on bass clef. please adviser. thanks
