New S88 MK3 won't update. Stuck In Loop

I've installed the update. The Mac Studio never went to sleep but the Updater won't run and the screen is stuck on "looks like something went wrong" and won't go past that. I took this thing out of the box several hours ago. Not a good experience for such an expensive board. Please help
