In order to use Kontakt Instruments, I can't use 360 Subscription?

I am trying to Load Nord Stage 3 Kontakt instrument and it telling me, I am using a Demo version of contact?

It depends on what 360 subscription you have. 360 Essentials and Plus only contain Kontakt Player, the free version of Kontakt. Some third party Kontakt libraries require the full version of Kontakt, you should check the system requirements of the product.
