Just a little confused about Conflux - but excited!

Hello. New member. Long time Komplete/Kontakt user.

I am a little confused about the new Conflux hybrid synth. I purchased a Kontakt 8 upgrade yesterday (Sept 27th, 2024) as I saw the YT demo and was extremely excited about the sounds being demonstrated in Conflux.

So I installed Kontakt 8 and I could not find or access Conflux in Kontakt 8 as I expected. As a matter of fact, I cannot find Conflux anywhere. Not in Kontakt 8. Not on my computer. I can't find it for sale on NI's website. Also, I cannot find the 55GB factory library that is supposed to come with Kontakt 8.

It could be user error as I am pretty terrible with my macbook pro.

I am really hoping somebody could point me in the right direction so I can get Conflux up and running!! 😎

I just installed Native Access 2. That was my problem.

Hello,

as far as i can find out you should find it in native access, have you started it and looked there? I cannot find a separate page where they sell it, it always leads me to kontakt 8.

Thanks both of you for the reply. I did check Native Access during the time I did the Kontakt 8 upgrade. I could not locate it.

Hello again. I could still use some help. I checked Native Access and Conflux is not listed anywhere in the program. I believe I am using the most updated version 1.14.1 (R156). I even performed a refresh a couple of times.

Just to confirm, I own the Full paid version of Kontakt 8, not the free version. Native Access shows that I have Kontakt 8 in installed products. Conflux shows neither in installed products or not installed products.

Maybe I am doing something wrong or missing something? Do I need to add a serial? Sometimes in the past with all the individual purchases, packages, or upgrades, etc… it's difficult to discern whether I have a serial for Conflux or not.

Here's an odd question: Is Conflux actually released to the public or do we possibly have to wait for the Komplete 15 release in 2 days before it's actually available? That doesn't seem right.
