    Hello,

    have you tried to enable legacy products in native access preferences, it might work but maybe gr4 is too old. Another option could be native access 1, you will find it easily. If all that doesn't work you can contact native instruments support via live chat here on the bottom of that page, you have to be logged in, it might take a while cause support is very busy now cause of the new releases:
