I am using Rosetta on a macbook pro M2 pro and Pro Tools cannot find Battery 4 but can find Kontrol, Absynth 5 etc. Has anyone else had this problem? What trouble shooting steps could I try? Many Thanks

    Hi Ellie,

This might be a silly question, but does Native Access show a location for Battery 4 and its library?

You should be able to click the three dots (…) next to each product you own in Native Access to establish its file path.

Make sure those paths match up in Pro Tools.

I'm not a Pro Tools user (Logic 11) so, I'm not certain of the steps to ensure your file paths match up but, that is definitely where I'd start the process.
