Why don't I see Kontakt version 6.7.1 on my Native Access?
My "music computer" is disconnected from the internet and from time to time I connect it in order to upgrade my Kontakt version.
The version I have now updated to is 6.6.1 and no other upgraded version is shown.
Do I have to pay in order to upgrade to Kontakt 6.7.1? I have bought a library that only works with that version, and now I cannot use it because my Native Access only upgrades my Kontakt to 6.6.1.
Help please?

Try hitting the Refresh button inside Native Access maybe? Also, is your OS still compatible?
Edit: I saw on your profile that your OS is Windows 7?! In that case, you will need to update to Windows 10 or 11.

In fact is Windows 8.1
