Multi KSP Velocity Midi Map

Hey everyone!

I'm scratching mt head over this: how do I midi map the knobs in Multi KSP scripts to a MIDI CC?

I have the "Change Velocity" script added to my Multi, so I can set a certain velocity curve to all my instruments. But I also need to map the "Curve" knob to a CC slider, so I can change the curves on the fly.

I tried right clicking the knob, but nothing happens. I'm also a beginner at Kontakt code, so I can't figure it out how to mess with the script.

Any ideas?

You can't. CCs are channel based and control instruments. Multiscripts produce or modify MIDI messages at the "entrance" to Kontakt.

There is a similar factory instrument script which is cc controllable, but if you can't edit the instrument that won't help you.

Having said that, I've just had some fun modifying the factory multiscript for cc control (any channel). Remember it will affect all the instruments in the multi. Copy/paste into an empty multiscript slot and click Apply. Near the beginning, variable $controller is declared and its value defined. You can change the value I've given it (1) to any controller number 0-127. (Click Apply again if you change it)
