Komplete Kontrol S88 records automations without me doing anything
So my midi controller somehow always sets the second slider in the hardware to 0%. I don't know why it happens (I haven't recorded any automation, this also happens on empty projects) and it's incredibly frustrating to deal with.
Do y'all know why this happens?
The video of it is recorded in an empty project, nothing done before. You can see the slider adjusting suddenly

Can you check what MIDI assignment is on this second knob? You need to check that on the keyboard itself.
Since it seems to happen when you hit STOP, you might want to check this out: Kontakt's Volume Resets When I Press Play in my DAW

@Jeremy_NI Correcting anything in the link did not help.
Third knob is affected as well. Mostly only one important parameter. How do I check the MIDI assignment? I have not changed anything in the keyboard settings so I'm confused…0 -
Have you checked if there are any MIDI assignments on the keyboard? Press SHIFT+BROWSER and select a new template, this way it will rest the MIDI assignments to default.
Once this is done, disconnect the keyboard and open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, click on MIDI
Delete any MIDI assignment here.
