Odd thuding noise with Alto Sax Kontact library with rapid CC change

Hi, using this for live performance, and mapping aftertouch to CC1 modulation for vibrato. When I engage vibrato I get this odd thuding sound, presumably as it attempts to fade from one sample to another. There's no problem using a mod wheel. I've worked around this using a CC-smoother reajs script, but any other thoughts?

You could argue this is or isn't a bug, I would be interested if anyone from NI is here - although support refused to escalate it, and told me to hire a sax player! (seriously).

You seem to have answered your own question and solved your own problem. Sudden jumps in a controller value are quite likely to produce odd artifacts, and having 2 controllers on the same destination will increase the likelihood of this.
