Komplete Kontrol not finding plugins

I'm not able to get any sounds within Komplete Kontrol. All the other programs from Native Instruments work fine. When I search online for fix I'm told to delete 3 files. The problem I'm having is that the location stated online is not on my computer. "

C > Users > *User name* > App Data > Local > Native Instruments > Komplete Kontrol

" The folder Local is not visible. The only folders I have in AppData are Roaming.

Any ideas of what I go do now?

C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Komplete Kontrol
is a real folder. "Local" is a crucial Windows folder and there is no way to be missing. Probably it is hidden.

Go to Folder Options and use the option "Show hidden files and folders" to reveal it.

When done, go to:

"C:\Users\user_name\AppData"

Now you should see the Local folder. Right-click on it and choose Properties.

If the "Hidden" value is ticked, un-tick it and click "Apply".

Local folder must be visible!

Please do what Sunborn suggested. If that doesn't work, then we're going to need to break things down to the very basics.

And for that, we might need to start with your VST library locations as indicated in Native Access compared to what is in Komplete Kontrol's settings.
