Kontakt Player 7 instrument interface, how to revert?

An old project with a Kontakt Player 6 instrument opens up as a Kontakt Player 7 instance, but the instrument interface itself is the same. However, if I create a new Kontakt Player 7 instance and open up the same instrument, the sound is the same but the interface is completely different. And a terrible downgrade, including a more limited range of notes on some instruments that doesn't even respect the range settings.

Can I revert the newly opened instrument back to the old interface from Kontakt Player 6? I couldn't find one on my own. If not possible, I'll uninstall 7 which would be useless to me.

Couldn't find earlier related discussions, or Google results.

In the image both instances are Kontakt Player 7.10.6 VST3i with the Chrystal preset. I was able to find the same adjustments from the new interface once I made it a lot larger and jumped through the different views. But there's absolutely no point doing that if I can just have all the controls clearly visible in one much smaller window, and have the full range of keys in use in the Jazz Organ.

Using Reaper 7.22 on a MacBook Pro 16.2" M1 Max running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1.

    If you install the original Kontakt Factory library you can get the original patch, but you have to access it via the Rack view in Kontakt like this as it doesn't show in the new browser

    Thank you! That helped me to dig deeper.

    So, the instruments/sounds I’m after are in the Factory library 1, but only Factory Library 2 shows up in the Library page.

    But here’s the kicker: On my previous laptop I don’t have the Factory selection 2 installed, only 1. And that Kontakt Player 7.7.3 DOES open the Factory Selection 1 sounds from the Library page.

    Factory 1 is 637Mb, 2 is 6.76Gb (!). The only thing added is an acoustic guitar. I’ll have to check if the sounds and layers of the other instruments are the same, and if they are I’ll just uninstall Factory Selection 2 and hope that I get the old behavior back.

    The one I downloaded was Kontakt Factory, not the Selection. I just noticed you're running Player rather than full Kontakt, so you might not have access to the full 25G download.

    Good new is I downloaded Factory Selection 1 and the original behaviour is present on the patch, although I did have to load it from Rack view again rather than the library panel.
