Bought Spitfire's OPW Shoe Factory fault after installation
Bought Spitfire's OPW Shoe Factory fault after installation;
I added the serial and located the map. It shows in Native Acces as installed.
It doesn't show in Lontakt 7.
If I try to open instrument via 'load' I get message 'The instrument belongs to a library thyat is not installed currently'
I re-installed and updated Native acces and Kontakt 7, I re-intstalled the library from Spitfire.
Added the serial and located again. Same issue.
Any Ideas.
DAW Cubase 13. I installed several Spitfire libraries before in the same way, never a problem.

Have you tried to load it in Kontakt in standalone? What version of Kontakt 7 have you installed? YOU can click on the NI logo to check the version. Does the standalone match the version shown in Cubase?

I had the same problem with another Spitfire library last week (HZ02) Han Zimmer Drums. The way I got it working is I opened Kontakt 7 with the side pane enabled. I then used File→Load and selected the Spitfire instrument file from the location I specified it to be located and once it loaded I had the banner on my pane. It also showed up in my Kontakt 7 library view but as a folder without an icon. I still have an open ticket with Spitfire to get further info on how to get it all working correctly.

Thanks for the reactions.
My Kontakt 7 version, the stand alone, is 7.10.6 in Cubase it is the same.
The OPW Factory library shows in Native Access as well as Kontakt 7 (stand alone and in cubase)
If I single click one of the instruments, I hear the sound. If I doubleclick to actually open the instrument I get the message "This instrument belongs to a library that is currently not installed"
Yet in Native access it says 'installed'
I have already reset and installed again (with the adding of serial and locating the folder, etc.)
Same problem.

It's strange, these Instruments and Snapshots folders should not show there. When did these folders started to appear?
How did you install the library exactly? Like this? Setting Up a Third-Party Kontakt Library
Please try to rest Kontakt's database:
Reinitialize the Kontakt Database
- Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments.
- Delete the following folder: "Kontakt 7"
- Start Kontakt as a standalone application (not in your DAW).

Hi,
Yes I installed all my libraries like explained in your link.
I don't use Apple, Reinitialize Kontakt Database example in your answer is for Apple.

I did Reinitialize (for Win) but the result is just the same as on the pictures.
I see the library, hear instrument with single click but get fault message when I try to open instruments.
I also see the library as installed in Native Acces.

@Marc Neys I've contacted you by email regarding this issue, my colleagues will need to have a deeper look.
