Weird Keys on Komplete Kontrol A49

Hi, I have owned a Komplete Kontrol A49 keyboard for about two years now, when I bought it new. Recently I have been using it with FL Studio (I don't think this is the problem) and every so often, when I press a key, about 4-7 other random keys would be pressed at the same time. It has slowly started happening more now, and now even if I press some of the buttons it happens. Not long ago, I realized that if you press down lightly on the panels on which the buttons are (not on the actual buttons), then this also happens. Do I just have a dodgy keyboard, or is this on my computer or something? Please help.

It sounds like a hardware issue if you're getting random MIDI when you press the top panels. You could sent it back for repair although it's out of the NI warranty period now. Depending where you bought it you might have a three year warranty with the supplier so that's worth checking.

If you don't have warranty you could always take the keyboard to bits and check the internal connections to see if there's a loose one.
