Why does activating Hybrid Keys and other instruments NOT work?

I am trying to activate Hybrid Keys from Native Access and open it in FL Studio, I only get a demo version even though I own Kontakt 7. When I have used it for a bit, I get a message like this:

When I proceed to do as the message says, I put in my serial number in Native Access and open my DAW again. It still doesn't work and I don't know what to do. Please help!

Normally, you purchase this on the NI website and when the transaction is complete it shows up in Native Access saying it's ready to be installed. Once it's installed it's available in Kontakt 7 (no need to enter serial number). It's not clear at all if you went through this process. It kind of looks like you're running a demo version and that's why it times out.

Thanks for your reply! What should I do now then? I purchased Kontakt a long time ago.
