Scene : Saffron not found
Hi all, My recently bought Scene:Saffron does not show on the Kontakt 7 player, just my older instruments, I've download it through Native Access as indicated, validated with it's serial number, though is nowhere to be found on the Kontakt player.
Has anyone have this issue aswell? I wonder that I'm doing wrong, I'm running ProTools 2023.9.0 on a Power Mac Intel 3.5Ghz Intel Xeon, 32GB
Thank you and cheers to you all.

I'm having the exact same problem. The serial number validated ok, and it all seemed to install correctly. I checked the files were in the correct directory - but it just didn't show up in Kontakt. Just for interest, I installed another library I'd purchased after trying Saffron - and that worked perfectly.
In Native Access it appears as installed. I even tried uninstalling Saffron and starting again - same result.
I've got a support ticket in - but they seem to think I'm at fault - asking all sorts of simple questions - but I think it's probably something in Saffron.
What drive are you installing on to? I have a LOT of storage and my NI files are all installed on drive "N:"
Any ideas????
Windows 10, running on AMD Ryzen 9 with 7 Terrabytes of SSD storage.
Running Kontak 7, Cubase 13 Pro.

Are you running the latest version of Kontakt 7 ver. 7.10.6? My copy is working flawlessly in Ableton Live 11 on Windows 10. Although I did install it on my system drive as it was very small.

Same problem. License activated. But Kontakt 7 (7.10.6) did not see it.
No view in the "rack view", and even in libs list, to choose launch file there.
Reinstalled 3 or 4 times. Did not help.
Both on Intel and M2 platforms.

Hello,
Can you confirm that DAW/Standalone Version is loading the correct Version from the product? To do this, please open the NI product in your DAW or Standalone App and click on the NI logo in the upper right corner. Could you post a screenshot of the info window here?

Together with the support we found the solution – I installed Kontakt7 in the custom folder (not in the default folder), so I fully deleted Kontakt7, and install it from the beginning in the DEFAULT folder. And everything works well.
But, now I wonder – for what reason they allow to install Kontakt7 into the custom folder, but did not allow to do this with their NI plugins…
