Why does Battery not work on my platform? I have it reinstalled it and even put it on a new computer.
I have looked at some of the past tickets here but still not finding the answer to use Battery.
Can someone please advise?

battery still works on my system, so please give a bit more information. What daw/host do you use on what system. Battery can also start stand alone does this work? Does your daw/host show the plugin and it does not load or do you even can't see the plugin. Then maybe add/rescan the correct plugin folder could help.
