I've got the S25 working great with Logic and running various NI instruments, but when I run KK software it doesn't see my keyboard and I can't browse or do anything. In the menu for controller, everything is grayed out. I'm running version 3.2.1

We have yet to be able to reproduce the issue, rather frustratingly (I believe that what you're seeing is very real). I have an M32 and an SMK2 both working with KK3.3 on my computer, and other internal setups as well.

Whilst we continue to diagnose, if it is in any way helpful, here is temporary access to the prior installers for KK 3.2.1:

Let us know if that resolves the issue temporarily. Thank you for your report and your patience.

Just to check: are you running KK 3.2.1 or KK 3.3?

Could you open Activity Monitor (macOS) or Task Manager (Windows) and see if NIHardwareAgent or NIHostIntegrationAgent are running?

Also - a dumb question: have you restarted your machine?

OK so I updated to KK3.3 and I also rebooted. I am wondering if the old KK S25 is not supported, I don't have an M32 or SMK2. Also I have an Apple M1 Chip btw.

Hang on a minute… S25 MK1 generation. My apologies. for MK1 generation, you are supported by KK 2.9.6, which is available here:

Thanks, I just read about that, and was downloading. Thanks. Will let you know how it goes.

    Thanks.

I am guessing it's not working because of my M1 Chip? I also get the same error message with KK 2.9.6

First, ensure the plug-in you're trying to load is Native Silicon compatible, and that you have installed the latest version of it.

Then, open KK standalone application, go to Preferences and do a plug-in rescan to reset KK's knowledge of the plug-in.

Matthew, thanks. I will get to that problem next, because none of my plugins are being loaded after they are scanned, but my primary problem is that KK is not doesn't seem to recognize my KK s25 even with the downgraded version.
