Kontakt 7 doesn't appear in plug in dropdown menu protools

I've recently upgraded to a Mac Mini M2 pro, and despite migrating everything from my previous Imac, I'm having issues with NI products.

Kontakt 7 doesn't appear in my Instruments drop down menu in Protools (2023.6) and whilst Kontakt 5 does appear, a bunch of instruments are not visible in the player, or they say DEMO.

I've checked in Native Access, and all instruments and players are installed.

However sometimes the install path is in User/Shared, and sometimes in Library/Application Support, and sometimes in Applications/Native Instruments.

FYI I am opening Protools in Rosetta.

Any help appreciated

I double checked on a M1 Mac both in Rosetta and native Silicon mode on Pro Tools 2024.6, Kontakt 7 shows and loads as expected.

We don't recommend migration for our products. It's better to install our plug-ins and applications form scratch. My Native Instruments Product does not work after using Migration Assistant / Time Machine / Carbon Copy Cloner (Mac OS) Have you tried reinstalling Kontakt 7?

Do you mean this is the installation path showed in Native Access? Could you share screenshots?

Hi thanks for the response.

I have removed and re-installed Kontakt 7 twice, and can even see that protools scans the plug in on start up, but it still doesn't appear in the drop down instrument menu within the session.

I can see the plug in within the Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-Ins chain but still won't open in session.

disregard my other question about installation paths, I have cleared that up.

Just to be 100% sure (I already did that mistake once myself), did you select a stereo instrument track?

Have you tried to open Kontakt 7 in standalone? Does it open, everything is functional? If not, please follow these steps: Kontakt Crashes
