Once I was experimenting with Transient EQ from Ozone EQ 11, I was marveled at the quality and creativity it could bring.

Suddenly, a thought popped up on my mind.

What if…there was an effect with similar transient algorhythm, that could allow you to put individual effects in the Attack, and then other effects for the Release?

Please GR team, make this happen!

That would be fantastic for the drums!

can not you do something at least similar, by creating a split mix, and using the transient master effect to attenuate the transients in one of the signal paths and amplify the transients on the other path + applying different effects in the two paths ? I never tried, just asking purely theoretically.

Hmm...maybe that is a good idea...

However, I was talking about the full manipulation of the transient Split.

You see...in order to almost completly manipulate the Attack and Release part, you need to put at least 4 or 5 Transient Masters for each mix.

I will try it tommorow.

I just tried your idea.

It is…ok… but the sound, while separating the transients, feels overly compressed, unlike the Ozone 11 Equalizer that naturally splits the attack and the release.

Yeah, I still think they need to make the T Split tool for the GR7.
