Logic Pro X Kontact & GUI Issue broken pages

Hello, Im having a issue with a 3rd party kontact libary in logic pro x 10.7.8 Im on Macos (Monterey 12.4 and Kontact 7.10.5). When i load kontact 7 in logic and load this 3rd party vst it works fine until i load another track. When i go to track 1 the (3rd party vst) it completely glitches on the pages and everything bugs out. See the pictures below. I have updated kontact and given full disk access to kontact. It also works fine in ableton and standalone version. Please HELP!!

    Also its worth mentioning the sounds are fine and they work its the GUI thats a problem!

    @Mkbailey Is it only happening with one library? In this case which third party library is it? Are you able to reproduce ther issue with a NI library?

    If you open the library in Kontakt in standalone, is everything functional?

    Make sure to select a Coreaudio driver for Kontakt standalone, in some cases a wrong driver selected there can affect the GUI of Kontakt instruments.

    Hello its happening with multiple libraries. Altera Keys, Shimmer shake strike, Mixwave tony royster vst, sonic wave etc. See pictures below. In standalone everything is functional, it appears the breakdown with the gui happens only in logic when more than one track is added to a project. Coreaudio driver has been selected as well and i tried the "!" feature. Nothing is really helping. Also im using apple silicon M1 see spec below.

    Does Logic have full disk access?

    @Mkbailey Are you able to reproduce the issue with a NI library? Like one that comes with Kontakt Player? So we could try and reproduce the issue?

    Is there any reason you stick with Logic 10.7.8?

    Yes i can reproduce it with the alicia Keys plugin. It only happens when you add another track to the project and then try to go back to track 1 see video below. The gui becomes broken. I have stuck with this logic because i never had any issues it until now and i wasnt sure if the latest logic 11 was compatible since it just released.
