KK S61 MK2: how to turn off CC's of knobs in standalone mode?

I have a weird problem when connecting my S61 MK2 via Midi to my MiniFreak Synth:

From time to time the volume of the first oscillator suddenly jumps back to zero.

It took me while to find out the reason: knob 4 (CC 17) seems to have something like a 'loose contact', it is as if I slightly touched the knob (whose default value seems to be 0) and the receiving end (MiniFreak oscillator one volume) also jumps to 0.

Weirdly enough, this even happens when I don't touch the keyboard at all (i.e. just let the MiniFreak play a seqence on its own). After a while volume of oscillator one jumps to 0.

Question: is it either possible to increase the 'dead zone' of the knobs or make them less sensitive?

IF that's not possible: how can I deactivate any CCs sent by the knobs when the keyboard is in Midi mode?

I tried deactivating the CC for the knob from within Komplete Kontrol software, but this doesn't seem to impact the Midi-mode (standalone).

Any tipps are welcome!

Are you saying you have tried method below to deactivate knob 4 (cc 17)? Also bearing in mind that you need to use your preset buttons on the keyboard to cycle to the correct "template" that has knob 4 deactivated.

Yes, I guess I used the above method. At least this is what it looked like.

After deactivating CC 17, when restarting Komplete Kontrol Software, CC 17 is still deactivated. Neverthelesse, when the keyboard is run stanadalone, CC 17 ist active again (and it's shown as active again on the keyboards' display).

I don't understand what you mean by 'template'. Can i choose templates when working with nothing but the Keyboard and a synth connected via Midi?

Sorry to jump on the thread so late after you posted. Have you checked all MIDI assignments if there were other buttons, knobs, pedal, touch strip assigned to that MIDI CC17?
