Hello, I can't get the keyboard to work. After installing the hardware controller in Access and installing the new FW update the keyboard is stuck on the serial screen. Can anyone assist?

Thank you, nothing worked from these links, so I ended up updating my BIOS, then I got a new USB C to USB A cable (did not use the cable that came with it and the factory USB C port on the mobo) and plugged that into the top mounted USB port on the PC. Deleted the driver and rebooted. Reinstalled and it finally worked! Took all day yesterday from morning till night to figure out. I hope this helps someone else.
