S61 Mk3 Questions - Smartplay & MIDI capability

hi, apologies in advance if this has been asked and answered!

I am thinking of getting a mk3 but wanted to know if you still have to unplug USB to use the MIDI outs and if the MIDI outs now support smart play.

You still have to unplug.

Play Assist on device is in development at the moment.
