Action String 2 is not running on Contact 7

I bought an action suite last week.
But I can't use one of them, action string 2.
“Your version of Kontakt is too old to load this file,
which was saved with Kontakt v7.10.2.000.
Please update to the latest version of Kontakt!”
This is how the message appears.
My contact is Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade
Serial number K7BB6-BCB9E-E6EDU-4FD59-9CUFK
Should I buy the full version again?
And my MacBook version is "macOS Big Sur 11.7.10."
However, the current kontakt 7 system requirements are Intel Mac (i5 and later): macOS 12, 13 or 14
So I can't use action string 2 after all?

Unfortunately no. The last Kontakt version for Big Sur is 7.8.1 so it won't load on your version of MacOS.

I'd suggest putting in a support ticket, explain your problem and see if they'll be able to make an exception to the "no refunds" rule.
