Guitar rig 7 pro not recognising both channels of audio interface

I have just purchased guitar rig 7 pro on my windows 10 machine and it will only recoognise a single input (microphone 1) from my behringer um2 audio interface the second input which is the line in for my guitar isnt recognised. I have tried switching the different settings but can only ever get the microphone to be recognised. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

On top of the software you have a switch for that, it's by default set to the left input only cause it's made for a single guitar. You can enable stereo mode left from the input meters. If you see it you know what I mean.

@gw33b Is it working outside of Guitar rig? Is it working when you connect into input 1? It can accept a line input/jack or a XLR microphone.

Can you share a screenshot of the audio settings in Guitar rIg?
