Why does drumlab not work?

Whenever I try to use drumlab it never works properly. It does not load ever and the only Time it loaded was when I had it in a folder in my desktop but it didn't work after that one time. it just won't load in my external drive and nothing works. I tried batch resaving as well but that took 2 hours and it only got to the halfway point then froze. please help

Did you do the must do when on Mac ? : ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Else , please include all relevant information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , Kontakt version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual screenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far. Also , does this happen also when using kontakt / Konplete Kontrol as stand alone or only in a DAW ? Or alternatively contact N.I. Kontakt Support right away instead.
