Hello,
Sorry if that if already asked :
I tried to folllow protocols.
I recently bought a NIS49 Keyboard, new one.
It seems I'm stuck at the firmware update manoeuvre.
Nothing shows up in the Windows panel : See image.
I must have missed something.
Earlier on, I directly fell into error messages as, in order :
- Low power supply (I found a new port and it went out...)
- Update by entering serial (which was already done in native access, all right).
I verified my version of windows : Latest.
Version KK installed : Latest
Version Native Access : Latest.
Then, Step 5, right here : I tried to update the firmware as I don't see it (KOMPLETE KONTROL S88 DFU) in the USB serial BUS universal in the windows drivers panel.
That's where I guess I am blocked : The keyboard doesn't seem to be recognized, and "don't mount".
Now, this might be important.
I've lost my mail account recently.
So : I don't remember my password of my NI initial account.
I created a new one, and did all these operations with the new one :
It recognises some (not all : I have to verify) the extensions I have, I downloaded the Hardware Connection Service, I installed it.
Maybe, that's where the problem comes from : Serial :
I Might have to fill this up in my initial account :
If that's the case : How can I get it back ? I used to remember the password by heart, these days I don't...
Here's a screen shot...Or two...
Thanks for the help if you can give me directions.
Sure enough, needless to say, I'm stuck and frustrated
Thanks
