How can I download the updates of Free Orchestra 2 after many months of their release?

The part where it says : "Your serial number can be found on your account page as well as in the e-mail confirmation." would be referring to your account on the ProjectSam site.
Is Kontakt Player 6 installed. I reinstalled Free Orchestra 2 with a new serial from a new accout and Native Access told me i have to install Kontakt Player 6.8…After that i can update Free Orchestra 2.
I am having the same problem I have Kontakt 7 and the last version of The Orchestra Free is 2.5 in my Native Access but it goes up to 2.12 but I can't seem to update.
