There is some library shows on kontakt but not in komplete kontrol

Here is a example. I've been correctly installed Una Corda, and it appears on Kontakt 7. But it disappeared on my komplete kontrol. Not only this library is missing in komplete kontrol, at least 10 libraries are missing. However they all appears on kontakt 7 correctly.

And additional questions, when I installed both kontakt 6 and kontakt 7, my komplete kontrol forced to load libraries by kontakt 6. for this reason, some libraries can not be loaded correctly in my komplete kontrol like the following pictures.

So that I uninstalled my kontakt 6. And I'm not sure the fact of libraries disappearing was caused by my uninstall operation or not.

Any one have the same problem?

    If some products are missing in Komplete Kontrol please try resetting the database:

    Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database

    1. Note: The "AppData" folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden Windows folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder.
    3. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    4. Reopen the KOMPLETE KONTROL software to check that the issue has been resolved.

    For K6/K7 in Komplete Kontrol, there's a box you can tick here:
