Connecting Massive X to its factory content

Anyone know how to do this? I have Massive X installed and the factory content on an external drive but Massive X shows no user content when loaded directly into Logic or when loaded into Komplete Kontrol. I have tried all of the solutions I can find online with no luck.

Does anyone know how I can tell Massive X where to look for the factory content presets?

@pjl Several users reported the same issue, Massive X Factory Library not showing in Native Access, it does look like a bug, we're investigating it.

@pjl The issue has been fixed, refresh Native Access and the Massive X Factory Library should show now.

    Hello,

have you tried to reinstall the libraries or use the "rescan content" function within massive x, top left, right from the massive x title click on the triangle and select the rescan function.

Thanks. I tried the rescan and it didn't work. I reinstalled Massive X but the Massive X library does not appear in Native Access, but it is installed on my external drive with all of the other NI content.

I have reinstalled all of the expansion packs and they now appear in the browser but I can't find a way to reinstall the factory content.

I finally got this working, I think. I had to download and install the Factory Library from the Massive X demo page and manually install it. The press now appear in the browser but the Massive X Factory Library is still not visible in Native Access.

Possible just one of the many bugs in Native Access? It's certainly being giving me a lot of grief lately.

The version on the demo page is out of date. It's v1.3 and the latest is 1.4.4.8. It's missing like 100-200 Presets from the Library.

NI needs to either provide a direct download link so customers can get an updated installer to install on their machine, or update the Demo Page so that it links to the latest version of the Factory Library.

It should show in Native Access even if it is already installed under Library/All - it is for me on Sonoma M1 Mac. This means if there is a bug it is not a universal one but only appears under certain conditions, which is probably why it was not previously known. What those conditions are needs to be determined so I suggest everyone affected (or not) post system specs and some context (eg is it installed on an external drive, was anything moved?)
