Guitar Rig 7 wont load

I downloaded all the appropriate setup requirements, IE: Access and Komplete , downloaded Guitar Rig 7 player.

When i tried to load it as a standalone or vst plugin it wont open. just get a black screen. Win 11

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz, 3101 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) 8gig ram

Graphics Chipset
AMD Radeon HD 7000 series 2gig

ok so got rid of all the 7 stuff downloaded 6.3 to match my dxdiag setting and this one works. Where do i get activation serial number?
