Mod Wheel on KK A49 has stopped working any ideas on how to fix?

Hello! My mod wheel on my KK A49 has just stopped working out of nowhere. Pitch wheel still works but mod doesn't. I have both logic and Ableton and have tried it on synths that I know I was able to modulate previously in both DAWs but nothing happens. Anyone have any idea on how to fix?

First, has it actually "physically" stopped or just no longer triggers what it use to?

In Ableton, when you move it do you see MIDI activity leds trigger (top right)?

The light is triggering so it's not the KK. So it must not be triggering what it use to. Weird that it is happening on both DAWs. What kind of fixes do you recommend?
