Why does my Noire sound different/ bad?

Ive used the exact settings from other people. When I play their song and then play Noire it sounds completely different even on the same machine. I've seen similar complaints on reddit but no solution. A bit frustrating when you spend money on a product

You don't give an example, so it's hard to tell.
Keep in mind that NOIRE comes in two variants: Pure and Felt.
"The pure version delivers a clear, unadulterated grand piano tone. The felt version is completely distinct sample – the same grand piano, but with a felt moderator between hammers and strings, which creates a gentle tone with reduced attack."
