S88 Mk2 transport controls not working, and lightguide and screens stuck in different KK instance.

I'm building an orchestral template in Ableton and noticed none of my transport controls or main coder nob is working as it should be. They simply don't do anything when pressed.

In addition, the screens and light guide stay on a previous instance on Komplete Kontrol I had pulled into my session, even when I start working on a different track with another plugin (Opus by EastWest).

I opened a new session and everything seems to be working fine, it's specific to this instance.

I can't just rebuild the template in a new instance that is working as I've already spent countless hours adding plugins, tweaking and balancing etc.

Has anyone ever had this problem before?
