Komplete Kontrol / Kontakt is causing my brand new Macbook Pro to crash

I recently bought a 16" Macbook Pro 2023. I installed most of my NI software onto the new machine (content is on an external drive, everything else on my computer hard drive).

When running Kontakt instruments in Komplete Kontrol, my laptop will sometimes randomly freeze and reset itself. I have yet to isolate if it's JUST Kontakt that's the issue.

I just now updated to the newest Sonoma so hopefully that fixes the issue.. but in the meantime, I wanted to ask if anyone else has experience this or knows what might be the source of the issue?

I'm using Ableton Live for the record.. It's happened a few times even in Komplete Kontrol's standalone mode, but yesterday it happened during a zoom lesson while using KK in Ableton.

Yes these crashes were solved by this specific Sonoma update. In case you're using Logic, please note that Logic 11 fixed another bug with the keyboard.

Has it happened since updating to the newest Sonoma? Apple fixed a number of crash issues with the latest version.

I JUST updated to newest Sonoma this morning, so that's relieving to hear.. It hasn't happened so far yet, but when I was having the issue it would happen at random, so I guess time will tell.
