I paid for your offer "Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade" and I can see Kontakt 7 is available in my Native Access account. I have installed Kontakt 7 and opened up. I can see there only my Granduer Piano which I bought last year but not anything else. I cannot see any string or whatever product Kontakt 7 bundle offers.
Can you please help me on this? I have tried several uninstall/uninstall but no luck.
