Libraries are missing in Kontakt 7 (version 7.10.5)

Hello,

I paid for your offer "Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade" and I can see Kontakt 7 is available in my Native Access account. I have installed Kontakt 7 and opened up. I can see there only my Granduer Piano which I bought last year but not anything else. I cannot see any string or whatever product Kontakt 7 bundle offers.

Can you please help me on this? I have tried several uninstall/uninstall but no luck.

Hello,

I'm new here too, but maybe it helps you. Kontakt is just the player, the main program. You can see only the instruments that you've installed too. You've to install each instrument that you want to use via Native Access.
