Instruments parameters on Ableton live

Using Kontakt 7 on Ableton Live 11 (as external plug in) I have a hard time with some parameters on instruments.

Example: using CELLI (from Orchestral) from the Kontakt library, I can't find a way to assign the value for Dynamics on Ableton. As a result everytime I restart the project the value has changed. It assigns values as Legato Fade in and Out automatically but ) can't find a way to control other parameterrs from Ableton.

I'm just probably missing some point so any help would be very appreciated!

Ableton has nothing to do with handling parameter changes within an NI plugin. That's performed solely within the plugin when you activate it within Ableton unless you assign the parameter to a MIDI controller. Even then that's just between the MIDI controller and the plugin. You're likely just reverting to the default settings for the preset you loaded. The changed parameters should get changed when you save the project containing the plugin.
