F key is stiff to press Native Instruments S61 MK3

Hello people!

I recently got into the Native Instruments ecosystem with a S61 mk3 controller. I have been having a great time with it however, its been 7 days since I got it and recently started to notice that one of the F key is a little stiff or harder to press as compared to the rest of the keys. I further tested it with MIDIOX of registers and noticed that the key (the F key) registers aftertouch more frequently than the rest of the keys which I believe to have happened because the key is stiff. I will have an screenshot attached below of MIDIOX playing the F key along with the rest of the keys with the same pressure.

Does it need repair / replacement? or this normal and I am being paranoid about it.
