Kontakt Player 7 outputs with id14 MKII

Has anyone had any issues trying to route multi outputs in Kontakt for GGD using an Audient id14 MKII interface ? I use Cubase 12 and can't seem to get both apps talking to each other fully. Am I right in saying too that I will only get 6 outs as I have an id14 MKII ? Thanks

What exactly are you trying to do, as you mention the output count on Kontakt, the iD14 and Cubase? The number of outs on the iD14 won't affect the number of Kontakt outputs that are seen by Cubase.

hey thanks for the quick response- I’m trying to get the kontakt outputs to be seen in Cubase. When I set say 10 outputs in kontakt they appear 1/2, 3/4, 5/6 and then 5/6 up to channel 10. Then in Cubase the channels appear as KT unassigned up to 54 and none seem to separate out my drum kits.

So this is the best I have gotten, Before this there were zero outputs showing in Cubase from Kontakt but now I have the problem of everything is only going into the Channels KT Kick, KT Snr Top and Snr Bottom in Cubase, even with my routing done in both DAW and Kontakt. I saved my current output section state as default for VST Plugin and this has allowed for the above to be visible.

That should work, which is probably very unhelpful! I'll take a look tonight when I'm home and see if I can spot what's wrong. I don't have GGD but I've got the Abbey Road stuff so should be able to duplicate things pretty much. In the GGD interface do the drums route to the correct channels in the Kontakt mixer?

Thanks for this :) In GGD yes they go to the correct channel routing. I was wondering if saving the output section state as a VST Plugin now has helped or not. If theres anything else you need to know from my end let me know.

I reinstalled Kontakt player 7 last night and even tried Kontakt 6 as well to see if that helps but it didnt.
