Guitar Rig 3

I have a very old computer that I have Guitar Rig 3 on. I have transferred my projects to a new computer, but I am unable to transfer the old Guitar Rig 3, so none of the tracks sound correct. I know it is very old, but is there any way I can purchase and upload Guitar Rig 3 to my new computer. I current have Guitar Rig 5, 6, and 7, but they are missing some of the presets and sounds of guitar Rig 3 and I loved Guitar Rig 3.

Also does anyone have a better way of contacting Native Instruments customer support?
