Many of my instruments missing

I just purchased GR7. I also upgraded Native Access 1 to 2. I've updated all the plugins that came with Komplete. I booted up the stand alone version and it took at least 30 mintues to scan through all my plugins. But now, many of my instruments are missing! I have no pianos! No bases ect! What do I do?

sure, I had to updata my Native Access app on my computer from V1 to V2. What's weird is I never got a message saying there was a problem with version 1. But it wasn't working or doing updates either.

The expectation is that everybody should update Native Access in a timely manner. Now, updating to the latest version of ANYTHING will always come with risks, as our adventures with Native Access and Komplete Kontrol have sometimes revealed.

But when they say to upgrade because some old stuff could break, then that's your "message that there may be a problem with version 1". The app itself isn't going to tell you this.
