New Kontrol S61 MK3 problem

New Kontrol S61 mk3: All knobs, lights & browser function perfectly, but the keys send no MIDI. FW is updated. Loads all NI content corectly.

    Where are you sending MIDI to and through what app? Komplete Kontrol? Kontakt? What's your MIDI In/Out config on your app? What versions are your app? Does it work if your apps are standalone (not in DAW)? What's your DAW? I think we need a LOT more info here…
