How to disable random phase in Massive X?

Hey everyone, I just got massive X and I'm taking some time to learn about the synth. Been really enjoying using it but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to disable "random phase".

What I mean by that is Massive X retriggering a note on a different phase. You hear it in the transient of a sound. One trigger will have a louder transient and another trigger will have a softer one etc.

So I'm trying to figure out how to get Massive X to trigger the exact same phase each time.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this! <3

Under the voce tab you can set the oscillators to reset every time you press a note, it's left from where you select the lfos and envelopes in the middle of the synth, if you open the tab then it's in the lower section.
