Scale Mode on Komplete Kontrol S1 MK1 is not working anymore

Hello,

the Scale Mode on my Komplete Kontrol S1 MK1 is not working anymore.

The Scale and Arp Buttons just do not light up anymore. I tried it in Ableton as well as stand alone with Komplete Kontrol App as well as with the Kontakt Player.

I am currently on Sonoma 14.5 (Mac Pro M1).

The Firmware of the Controller is up do date.

Is anybody having the same problem? Any tips how to fix this?

Hey Patrick, what version of the Komplete Kontrol software are you using? The newer versions (3xx) no longer support the MK1 keyboards, you'll need to run version 2.9.6, links are at the bottom of this article: Notes on Ending Software Support for Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK1 Keyboards

3.x is not compatible with Mk1 controllers.
