Why does my Kontakt look so different

Yeah ok, but it's supposed to look like this according to the manual and a few videos:

    The top view is the library browser, the bottom the rack view - you can switch between them by clicking on the 'Library' in the top row

    I don't have the top row? The top pic is from my Kontact. I can't see anything else.

    If I click on the library I see this:

    You appear to have single view selected - under 'View' change it to rack view

    You also have the quick load browser open but not populated. If you want to use it you can populate it by dragging libraries from Finder but it is optional (although I find it useful it's less needed now there is the new browser)

    Thanks for you help so far btw.

    I managed to get the rack view once, but then it went away. Now changing the view does squat:

    OK ok ! After changing that option, now Library actually does something. Thanks, I think this is OK for now. IT doesn't look anything like the manual/other users' view but I'm happy to have it at least like this now.

    All in all, a very bad user experience. Do NI have any UX people at all or are they all sound engineers?
