Kontakt 7 do not open

Hello, recently installed Kontakt7, in Native Access show as is installed but when i push open doesn't respond like Kontakt 6 Player. I tried open in the app and doesn't charge, few times show me as was an error and when i try again don't open too.

When i open the plugin in the DAW it crash all and close it, and its weird beceuse in Native Access when i reinstalled it says is correct but in any time can't opened.

Actually when i was working on a project and add Kontakt7 it crashed all the computer and turned off.
