Kontakt 7 Player and Jacob Collier Choir Issues

I have been using Kontakt 7 Player and the Jacob Collier Choir plug-in fine until this point.

When I open Kontakt 7 I get the attached messages:

It's like NI want me to purchase the premium versions! The Jacob Collier Choir plug-in is not showing that its there anymore (maybe because of the Kontakt 7 issue).

Both Kontakt 7 Player and the Choir plug-in don't show in Native Access (even when I attempt to reinstall the instruments)

How can I get these working again for me? FYI, I use them within Cubase and as stand-alone apps.
